Step by Step Process:

1. Inquiry Generated by Email or Website
2. Details of Acid resistant bricks/Tiles/Custom sizes

   • Required Quantity

   • Delivery Period

   • Required Quality

   • ASTM C-279, ASTM C-980, ASTM C-410, IS 4457:2007, IS 4860:1968, DIN Standard

3. Send Sample of requested size as per desired specification to the customer for analysis
4. Sample Confirmation from customer & Rate Negotiation
5. Order confirmation with Purchase Order
6. Packing in 36 x 36 x 37 inch heavy duty, Fumigated Wooden Pallet with Corrugated paper between bricks., Special paper angles and edge angles, Plastic Wrapping
7. Packing Material Information will be stick on each Pallet

   • Material Name & HS CODE

   • Nos of Bricks as per Size

   • Country of Origin

   • Purchaser’s Company Information

8. Photograph of dispatched pallets will be sent to the purchaser
9. Material will be dispatched to nearest Sea Port or Air Port

   • Kundla Port, Gujarat

   • Mundra Port, Gujarat

   • Nahva-Seva Port, Mumbai

10. Documents will be sent to Purchaser as earliest

    • L Copy

    • Commercial Invoice

    • Test Certificate

11. Feedback form sent to the Purchaser for continuous quality management
